Built in Liberia, for Liberian health care
Clinic records that keep working when the network doesn't.
ClinicLR runs your whole clinic: registration, consultations, lab, pharmacy, billing in LRD and USD, and a waiting-room TV that calls each patient by name. Staff can keep working on paper while one trained person types up the day on one phone or tablet, with or without internet. Your patients need no app and no login.

Made by Techub Innovation, Monrovia. Screens shown use made-up demonstration records.

Made for how Liberian clinics really work
Most patients walk in, wait their turn and pay in cash. ClinicLR is built around that day, not around apps your patients will never open.
Your staff can stay on paper
No smartphone or computer skills needed. Staff write on our printed forms as they do now, and one trained person types up each day's sheet on one phone or tablet.
Working today, not "coming soon"
Try every role on your own phone now. A clinic can be set up and live within days, with its old register brought in.
Your patients need no app
No smartphone, no data, no login. Staff do the work; patients get a ticket, hear their name on the TV, and take home a printed receipt and ID card.
One clear price, in writing
Free for 12 months in the pilot, then US$200 a year for the clinic. No charge per user. Nothing is ever charged without your written agreement.
Keeps going without internet
Registration, triage, notes, lab results, dispensing, payments, reports and even questions to our team work offline, and sync when the network returns, even days later.
Your records stay yours
Take a full copy whenever you ask. Never sold or shared. If you ever stop, you leave with all your records.
A team in Monrovia
We set you up, bring in your records, train the person who enters your records, and any staff who are ready, at your clinic, and leave printed forms and guides. Staff get instant answers in the app's Help Center, even offline, and can ask our team from inside ClinicLR, by WhatsApp or by phone.
From the front desk to the cashier
Every role sees the screens it needs. A patient moves from reception to triage, the doctor, the lab, the pharmacy and billing without a paper slip.
Patients and ID cards
Quick registration that catches duplicates, print ID cards with a QR code, find anyone by name, phone or old file number.
Queue and appointments
See who is waiting at each stage and for how long, with urgent patients first, and book follow-up appointments.
Triage and consultations
Screening at triage with alerts, using your clinic's own questions if you like. Out-of-range vitals flagged, signed notes locked, ICD-10 diagnoses.
Laboratory
Sample labels, reference ranges by age and sex, critical-value alerts, a second person to verify, printed reports, and quality control logs.
Pharmacy and stock
Dispense from prescriptions, the batch that expires first goes out first, stock counts, and orders to suppliers worked out from what you use. Allergy and interaction warnings when prescribing.
Billing in LRD and USD
Charges flow in from lab and pharmacy, the day's exchange rate, cash and mobile money, receipts on thermal printers, end-of-day cash closing, and a list of everyone who still owes.
Insurance claims
Design each insurer's claim form by dragging fields into place. Claims fill themselves from the visit, carry their documents, and are tracked to payment.
Maternal and child health
Antenatal visits, the partograph filled in as labour progresses with alert and action lines and danger signs, the delivery record and checks after birth, an immunization schedule with reminders, and growth charts.
Chronic care
Hypertension, diabetes, HIV and TB registers: who is due, who missed a visit, who is lost to follow-up, and how many are controlled.
Inpatient care
Wards and beds, observation charts on a schedule (every 1 to 24 hours) that flag when checks are overdue, a drugs and supplies chart showing who gave what and the needles and syringes used, fluid chart and nursing notes.
Reports
Daily register, morbidity, lab positivity, revenue, doctor workload, the weekly notifiable disease report and a monthly service summary to sign for the county health team, free care by programme, and the medicines, injections and supplies used, ready to print or export.
Your old records come too
Bring in your patient register from Excel or a typed-up paper register. Old file numbers keep working.
Waiting-room TV
Each patient's ticket and name appear on the TV and are read out when it is their turn. Works on any smart TV; confidential patients are never named.
Several branches, one record
A patient registered at one branch is found at every other, with their whole history. Duplicate registrations are caught and merged.
Forms and registers, printed
The Ministry of Health partograph on one sheet, health certificates with your logo, ward charts, and the controlled-drugs, disposal and waste registers inspectors ask for, all filled in as you work.
Bring patients back, and money in
A clinic loses patients who forget their next visit, money that is owed but never collected, and medicines that run out. ClinicLR now follows each of them up for you.
Reminders on WhatsApp
The day before an appointment, an antenatal visit, a child's vaccine or a chronic care visit, the patient gets a reminder on WhatsApp, or by SMS if they have no WhatsApp. Also "your result is ready". Messages name your clinic and never contain results or diagnoses.
Money owed, in one list
Every patient who still owes the clinic, oldest first, with the total in LRD and USD. Send a polite reminder with the amount, and take the payment when they come back.
Order before you run out
ClinicLR works out what to order from the last three months of dispensing and what is left on the shelf. Print the order for your supplier and receive the delivery straight into stock, batch and expiry date included.
Referrals followed through
Every patient sent to another facility stays on a list until they arrive and the other facility answers. Anyone still waiting after a week is flagged, so someone calls.
Free care, counted
Mark each free service with who it was free for: under-5s, mothers, HIV, TB, malaria or a partner NGO. One report shows patients and the value given, ready for your partners and the county.
Paper and ClinicLR together
Staff who write on paper stay on paper. What the data clerk types in still counts: medicines leave stock, lab results wait to be verified, and mothers' visits are reminded like any other.
AI that works the way your clinic does
Two new tools save your staff hours and help women get the care they choose. AI does the reading and the writing; your staff check it and decide.
Snap the register
The data clerk photographs a page of the paper register. ClinicLR reads every line, tidies the handwriting ("6/12" becomes 6 months, "+ve" becomes Positive) and lays it out in the right boxes, ready to check against the photo.
Matched to your clinic
"PCM", "ACT" and "Dr B" are matched to your own medicines, tests and staff, and patients already on file are found. Clean lines are saved together; anything hard to read is marked for the clerk to fix.
Family planning, safely
For each method, ClinicLR checks the key WHO eligibility rules, such as breastfeeding, blood pressure and other conditions, and shows which ones she can use and why. It works on the phone, with no internet.
Counselling in plain words
AI notes explain the methods that fit what she wants, the side effects and when to come back, and answer common worries like "the injection spoils the womb". Young clients get the same choice of every method.
Reminders that stay private
Choosing a method sets her next visit: the next injection, or before her pills run out. The day before, she gets a reminder that only says her visit is due, never family planning.
Reach, counted
See how many women you reach by age, with adolescents counted separately, how many are new, which methods they chose, and who came back on time. Ready for your partners and the county.
Each clinic chooses to switch AI on. Register photos are deleted once read, and no patient's name or number is sent with family planning notes.

Safety and follow-up, built in
Small things that protect patients and save staff time every day.

Chronic care that follows through
Every visit adds to the trend. The register shows who is due, who missed a visit, and who is controlled.

Warnings while prescribing
Allergies and dangerous combinations are flagged with what to do; serious ones must be reviewed.

Alerts for the county team
A suspected Lassa or measles case reaches the health authorities as an alert, with counts only. Shown with demonstration data.
See outbreaks as they start, county by county
Clinics on ClinicLR can share weekly counts of notifiable diseases with health authorities. Officials see alerts, trends and which facilities have gone quiet, without seeing a single patient record.
- Alerts that follow IDSR practiceOne suspected case of Ebola, Lassa fever, cholera or measles raises an immediate alert; others alert when a county's week is well above normal.
- National or county viewsEach account sees the whole country or its own counties.
- A weekly bulletin in one clickPrint it for meetings or export the counts.
Counts only: no names, numbers or records leave the clinics, and each clinic can see and control what it shares.

Built to protect patients
Roles and permissions
Doctors, nurses, lab, pharmacy, reception and cashiers each see only their work. Clinics can make their own roles.
Confidential records
Sensitive records, such as HIV care, are hidden from roles without access. Emergency access is allowed, with the reason recorded.
Audit log and backups
Who saw or changed what, and when. Signed notes cannot be changed, only amended. Encrypted backups every night, kept in a separate data centre in another country, and tested by restoring them.

Ask any provider these questions
Several companies now offer clinic software in Liberia. Ask each of them the same questions, in writing, and compare. Here are our answers.
| Ask every provider | ClinicLR |
|---|---|
| Is it working in clinics today? Not "being built" or "coming soon". | Yes. Try it on your phone now; set up within days. |
| What will it cost after the free period? And is that price in writing? | US$200 a year for the clinic, written in the agreement. Nothing charged without your signature. |
| Does it work with no internet or power?Ask to see it with the network off. | Yes. It keeps working and syncs when the network returns. |
| Do our patients need a smartphone or an app? Most patients walk in and pay cash. | No. Staff do the work; patients get a ticket, the TV and a printed receipt. |
| Does it cover our pharmacy, stock and cash? That is where clinics lose the most. | Yes: stock and expiry dates, LRD and USD, mobile money, cash close and expenses. |
| Who owns our records? Can we take a full copy? | You do, at any time. Never sold or shared. |
| Who comes when something goes wrong?Ask for a local name and number. | Our team in Monrovia, on WhatsApp or phone: 0555 448 993, and help inside the app. |
Want this as a printed sheet to compare providers? Ask us and we will bring it on our visit.
What clinics ask us
Do we need internet all the time?
No. Daily work, reports and help all work offline and sync when a connection is available. A connection is needed for the first login on a new device and for admin tasks such as adding staff, and each device must connect at least once a month. A mobile data bundle is enough.
Our staff have no smartphones and are not used to computers. Can we still use ClinicLR?
Yes. Staff keep writing on printed forms, as they do now. One person, from your staff or a volunteer where one is available, is trained to type each day's sheet into ClinicLR. The numbers on the form match the numbers on the screen. Medicines still come out of pharmacy stock, lab results still reach your reports, and antenatal, delivery and vaccine records still build up. Other staff can start using it themselves when they are ready.
What devices do we need?
One Android phone or tablet is enough for the whole clinic, including older phones. A laptop or desktop with Chrome or Edge also works. If you have no device, tell us and we will look at the options together. Clinics that want every desk on ClinicLR can add one device at reception and one per consultation room. Thermal receipt printers and ID card printers are supported.
What happens to our paper records?
You can keep them. Daily entry copies each day's paper register into ClinicLR, and the sheets stay in your file. You can also import an existing register from Excel, type old records into our template, or register patients as they come. Old file numbers stay searchable.
Who owns the data?
Your clinic does. Each clinic's records are kept apart from every other clinic's, backed up every night, and can be exported. Health authorities only see weekly disease counts, never patient records, and only if your clinic shares them.
What if a phone is lost or stolen?
Records on the device are encrypted. The clinic admin switches the device off from another device, and it is wiped the next time it connects.
Can it handle insurance and company patients?
Yes: set what each insurer covers, design its claim form, attach documents, and track each claim until the insurer pays.
Do our patients need a smartphone or an app?
No. ClinicLR is used by your staff. Patients are registered at the desk, get a ticket, hear their name called on the waiting-room TV, and receive a printed receipt and ID card. Nothing changes for a patient without a phone.
What does it cost after the free year?
US$200 a year for the clinic, covering the secure servers, backups and updates. We contact you before the year ends; you choose freely to continue or to stop, and nothing is charged without your written agreement. If you stop, you get a full copy of your records.
We have more than one branch. Do they share records?
Yes. A patient registered at one branch is found at every other, with their whole history; each branch keeps its own queue, stock and cash. Patient numbers never clash, and anyone registered twice is caught so the records can be merged.
We use our own screening form. Can ClinicLR follow it?
Yes. ClinicLR comes with standard triage questions for fever, TB, bleeding, pregnancy and child danger signs. Your clinic admin can change them to match your own form: add questions, ask some only of women, men or children, make follow-up questions, and set the alerts the answers raise.
What if our staff get stuck?
The Help Center inside ClinicLR answers questions typed in plain words, with step-by-step fixes and the full handbook, even without internet. If that does not solve it, staff send the question to our team from the app, with their device details attached, and see our answer there. You can also WhatsApp or call us on 0555 448 993.
Do the printouts look like our paper forms?
Yes. The partograph prints as the Ministry of Health form, front and back on one sheet. Health certificates print like your clinic's own, with your name, logo and contact. Observation, drugs and supplies charts print for the patient's file, signed off with the staff member's name and the date. Have a form we have not done yet? Send us a photo.
How do our staff learn ClinicLR?
Each role has its own short training video, a live demonstration with subtitles, at cliniclr.com/videos. Inside ClinicLR, each person sees only the video for their own work, can take a guided tour of their screens, and has the handbook and Help at hand. Our team also trains every role in person at setup.
Can we try it before we decide?
Yes. We visit your clinic, show ClinicLR working with your own staff, and leave demo logins so each person can try their role on their own phone.
Ready to leave paper behind?
Ten pilot places, free for a year from the day we set up. Tell us about your clinic in three minutes and see what you need to get started.
